Due to a lack of expertise and skills, the team found collecting data from tables a hugely difficult task. Rather they ignored the table extraction process and skipped other measures also.
The bank also finds difficulties in maintaining the originality of the content due to a lack of expertise. They only copied the entire PDF content and pasted the same but in a different format in the database. Therefore, it caused a major difficulty in organizing the database. As the department decided to record all old records in the Excel database thus it took out all old documents. Some files were in digital format but the majority were in hard copy format.
